Directions to Craft the Colosseum:
Are you ready to recreate the grandeur of the Colosseum? Follow these simple steps:
Begin by downloading the Colosseum Template provided at the end of this post and printing it onto durable Brown Craft paper. Each page contains two Colosseum structures, allowing you to create two crafts from one page!
With careful precision, use scissors to cut out each piece of the template.
Select a sheet of watercolour paper for the backdrop.
Fold the flaps on either side of the Colosseum and affix them to the watercolour paper in such a that it forms a Bulge as shown in the image below.
Next, draw a rough ground line and walkway with a pencil, then proceed to colour with watercolours, crafting a picturesque Roman landscape. Allow your artwork to dry for a few minutes.
For added flair, consider enhancing the craft with details like grass, trees, and fence with a pencil or black fine marker.
Admire your miniature masterpiece!
Keep in mind that you can use either A5 or A4 size backgrounds for this craft, as both sizes are suitable.
