DIY Watermelon Puzzle to Strengthen Dexterity skills

What is a Dexterity Puzzle?
I think you might have seen a toy like this in the image below. Actually, these are dexterity puzzles.
It is also called Palm puzzles and Hand-held games. There are many different versions of this, but the above one is quite popular. (Even the Mazes and Labrinth are one form of Dexterity puzzles)
The goal of this puzzle is to Manoeuvre the ball bearings into the Holes. It is very too engaging, and at times, even adults will find it difficult to finish the puzzle.
What are the skills Developed?
This game requires proper positioning, movement and careful manoeuvring of the ball to the Target. So Kids develop hand-eye coordination, concentration, attention and patience.

Watermelon Dexterity Puzzle
This watermelon puzzle Game that I made is about 20 cm wide. And it hardly takes 15 minutes to do this DIY cardboard puzzle. Here are the things deeded and step-by-step instructions with pictures.
Things needed:
- Cardboard sheets
- Pencil and skewer (to punch Holes)
- Hot Glue gun
- Cutter and Cutting mat
- Red and green Acrylic paint
- Small beads in black or any colour
Hove to make a Watermelon Dexterity Puzzle
- First, draw and out a Semicircular cardboard sheet and two long strips of cardboard.
- Puch a few holes with a skewer. Later expand the hole with a pencil
- Paint it with red and green to Resemble a sliced Watermelon.
- Add the Cardboard strip on all sides using a hot glue gun.
That’s all you need to do to make a Watermelon toy for your kids. Add the beads and Manoeuvre them into the Holes. Here is a video of How it works. In the video, I have also shared another easy version of the Puzzle.
