What’s Included in the Valentine Count and Match Cards Pack?
This Printable Pack includes 20 cards:
- 10 number cards (1 to 10)
- 10 counting cards featuring chocolates in a heart box
Available in two sizes:
- Small cards – 6 x 6 cm
- Large cards – 9 x 9 cm
We printed the smaller 6 x 6 cm version, and it works great!
How to Prepare the Cards
- Print the pages on cardstock for durability.
- Cut out the cards along the lines.
- (Optional) Laminate the pages before cutting for extra sturdiness.
Storage Tip:
Store the cards in a letter envelope to keep them organized. The printable includes a label to help you neatly store similar busy bag activities.

How to Use the Count and Match Cards
It’s simple! Spread the cards on a table, let kids count the chocolates in each heart box, and match them with the correct number card.
Kids practice their counting Skills and at the same time Number identification from 1 up to 10.
Want to make it more exciting? Try these variations:
- Treasure Hunt – Hide the cards around the room and have the kids find the pairs.
- Sensory Bin – Place the cards in a sensory bin for kids to dig and match.
- Memory Game – Flip the cards over and take turns finding matching pairs.
