Directions to make the Torn Paper New years Craft
For this craft, we recommend using 5 to 6 vibrant colours.
Begin by tearing Cardstock paper into small bits (approximately 1 cm). Cardstock paper is preferred for its thickness, providing a lovely texture at the torn edges.
Print the New Year’s template on thick paper and arrange the torn papers. A handful of each color is all you need.
Spread glue on the numbers and layer torn paper over them, one piece at a time. You can opt for one colour per number or mix and match colours for each number.
Create a vibrant rainbow design by starting with red at the top and progressing to purple at the bottom. Apply glue to about 1 cm at the top of each number and stick Red Torn paper.
After Red is over, Move on to the next colours, such as orange, yellow, and so on.
Continue until the entire section of each number is covered with colourful torn papers. Your New Year’s craft is now ready!
