- 176 GSM Card stock in any colour (for printing) – You can use the same for weaving or even thicker ones – 250 GSM colour cardstock

How to Make a Paper Weaving Snail Craft
Follow this step-by-step guide to create a colourful paper-weaving snail using 1 cm strips.
Step 1: Print the Template
Print the Snail Template on two sheets of coloured paper. For example, use dark brown for the body and a lighter brown for the shell.
Step 2: Cut the Template
Carefully cut along the dotted vertical lines on the snail shell. Place the paper on a cutting mat, use a ruler for precision, and cut with a craft knife.
Leave a small margin at the edges to keep the structure intact.
Cut out the circular shell shape.
Step 3: Prepare the Weaving Strips
Cut 1 cm-wide strips from cardstock using a paper cutter or scissors. You’ll need around 10 strips. Choose a single colour or mix multiple colours for a vibrant look.
Step 4: Start Weaving
Take one strip and weave it through the slits in the shell, alternating over and under.
Repeat with the next strip, alternating the starting position.
