For this fall tree craft, gather yellow, orange, and red paint. Pour the paints onto a plastic plate or any flat surface, making it easy for kids to dip their fingers in and create stamps.
Guide the kids to dip their fingers into the red paint first, then stamp the paint over the tree branches. Using an index finger works well for making round impressions.
Encourage them to stamp the paint randomly across the branches.
Repeat the same process with the orange paint.
Finally, finish the project with yellow. By now, the tree will be filled with vibrant fall leaves.
Allow the painting to dry for about 15 minutes.
You can also create a simple tree with just orange or red leaves. Whether using a single colour or mixing shades, the creative possibilities are endless.
