Step-by-Step Directions to Make the Father’s Day French Fries Card

Download the free printable template (available at the end of this post) and print it out. Print the template on cardstock or 120 gsm paper for optimal results.

Cut out the pieces along the edges. There are 8 pieces of French fries in total.

Take the Fries Box Piece and fold it backwards at the centre, then also fold the two flaps backwards. Apply glue on the flaps and stick them to the back piece. Your French fry box is now ready.

Now, it’s time to write messages for Dad on each of the French fries. Complete the sentence “Dad, you are ___”.
Use a black pen to write the words on one end of the fries, so they show up after sliding them into the French fry box.

If you need more fries, simply use yellow cardstock paper or print the page twice.
Once all fries are ready, slide them into the box. You can write your name at the bottom of the “Happy Father’s Day” message and gift it to Dad!

This craft isn’t just for Father’s Day; it can also be adapted for birthdays. Just cover “Father’s Day” with tape and write “Happy Birthday Dad” instead.
