Educational Tools and Supplies that I use at home
Curious about the tools and supplies I use at home for printing? Here’s a rundown:
Printer
For the past few years, I have been using an Epson Ecotank Inkjet Printer, and there have been no issues. It’s been reliable, and I highly recommend it.
Printing Papers
I have a selection of papers for different needs:
200GSM Printing Paper: Also known as cardstock, these are Perfect for printing Busy bag Activities and learning cards that we use multiple times without laminating. These are also suitable for many 3D crafts and cut and cut-and-paste crafts
120GSM Printing Paper: Ideal for Busy Books that require lamination and some Learning books for kids.
80GSM Printing Paper: This thinner paper is great for one-time use worksheets.

Laminator
I’ve been using an Amazon Laminator for three years now. While I previously used a local brand called Olympia, I switched to Amazon Laminators because it handles both 3 mil and 5 mil laminating pouches effectively.
I also recommend Scotch laminators for their reliability. They have got great reviews and some of my friends are loving it!
Laminating Sheets
Go for either Amazon basics or Scotch Laminating sheets(a Little expensive thought)!
Comb Binding Machine
The Fellowes comb binding machine is a game-changer for binding books for kids, such as workbooks with free printable worksheets or activity pages.
It’s a worthwhile investment that has allowed me to create bound books easily.
Combs
I keep two sizes of combs handy – one for small books and another for larger ones.
These small combs are perfect for creating workbooks of up to 15 to 20 pages. Combs come in various sizes, so if you need to create a thicker book, choose a larger comb.
