Counting: The game requires children to count the dots on the dice and find the corresponding match on the mat. This helps them practice counting and identifying numbers.
Subitising: This Game helps kids develop Subitising skills.
What is subitizing?
Subitising is a math skill that involves the ability to instantly recognize and identify the quantity of a small group of objects without counting them individually. Essentially, it is the ability to look at a group of things and immediately know how many are there.
Subitising is considered an essential skill for early math learning and is often taught in kindergarten or preschool. It helps children develop their understanding of numbers and the relationship between quantities.
