If you feel that 30 questions are too many for young children, you can opt to skip a few and keep the questionnaire short.

For older kids, I suggest printing these off and making them write the answers. Doing this after a few years is a great way to see how answers change over time.

Another fun idea is to record a cute interview of your little ones using a camera, allowing you to treasure it for years to come.
